Meet the Chef Chef Rich Bowerman is a certified executive chef and has 25+ years experience. He has worked in prestigious restaurants in Greenville and we are now lucky enough to have him here at Oysters on the West End. He has tremendous experience in catering and will offer a diversified menu. Another new addition to Oysters on the West End is an in-house baker. |
